At 39, I’m the MOST confident I’ve ever been!! After having my second (and last) baby 5 years ago, I decided I was going to lose weight and start a healthy lifestyle. I did. But I did it in a way that wasn’t sustainable. I couldn’t eat that strict forever and I wasn’t really fit, just skinny. I decided to call Megan! I needed help. I wanted to be less worried about everything I ate and enjoy life! I had 15-30 minutes a day that I didn’t want to waste. How could I make the most of my workouts??? She helped me. Taking care of yourself and making fitness a priority can sometimes seem overwhelming and even embarrassing. I know for me personally, I let myself go to the point that I was ashamed to even look at myself in the mirror, let alone face a trainer and let people watch me struggle through a workout at the gym! I knew that the only way I would be able to succeed is if I had someone to keep me accountable and if I had some type of routine or guidance. However, some days it was easier for me to workout in the morning and other days I could fit it in at night which made scheduling things with friends or a trainer difficult. Then if I did find a chunk of time that could coordinate with someone else, by the time it was workout time I would often be tired or not in the mood. This was very discouraging to me!
Now, imagine having the ability to workout anytime you wanted with someone there to tell you exactly what workout to do, show you how to do each workout and not even have to leave your house! You could track your goals, weight loss, measurements, and progress photos all in the same place and never have to show your face to anyone!

You don’t have to live near your trainer (or even in the same city or state), never have to go to an actual gym if you don’t want to because she tailors your workouts to the equipment (or lack of equipment) that you have at home, and creates your program based on your individual goals! All you need is her app on your phone and she builds it for you so it’s ready at any given time you can workout. Convenience and consistency is what helps me succeed and her programs make it so easy!
Hello everyone, my name is Stephanie. I have been working with Megan Christian online training since June 2019. I can honestly tell you, you will not find a better support system and friend in a coach out there. I have gained so much muscle and toned up my body so much since I have been with her. The scale doesn’t mean anything anymore!! Even on my bad days she reminds me not to give up! She is super affordable for any situation. My favorite part is her online training app! It is BOMB! Let me tell you. None and I mean NONE of my prior coaches have ever put this much effort into their clients like Megan does. I love that the app gives me the capabilities to plan out my workouts for the week and track my workout with what weight I used or how many reps I did. It gives me the opportunity to see the growth in my workouts week after week. It even lets me know when I hit a new record! Also when I am not sure how to do the workout, it actually has a video demonstration. I can track my body measurements and even progress pictures all through the app. It has so much more to offer and it is SOO simple and user friendly and I don’t know how I ever survived without it before! Back to Megan. She continuously is checking in and updating my plan as needed. My weekly check ins really help her and I both stay on track of my progress and what needs modified. She loves to see her clients succeed so she will doing anything to make sure that happens! Consistency is key here. She can’t do the work for you but you absolutely need her in your corner! 💪🏼

I started working with Megan a little over a year ago. I felt she was the right fit for me because she understood where I was coming from being a working Mom who is busy. I needed someone to understand that life is hectic and I didn’t have hours to spend on workouts and she comes up with a program that works for you. My biggest struggle was finding that 20-30 min to spend on myself and she pushed me to do that and taught me that self-care is important to make me a better mom and wife. I am not at my goal yet, but like Megan says it didn’t take 6 months to put on so give yourself grace and keep working at it. I have done every diet fad in the book, tried the “magical weight loss pill”, starving myself, the energy patches, you name it I tried it. I wanted to be skinny! I wanted to be the 18-year-old version of me before motherhood when I could drink a gallon of soda and eat a pizza and still have a Rockin bikini body. Those days are over, I’m a mom, I work third shift and the world isn’t sunshine and butterflies and my metabolism has slowed.
tired of setting myself up for failure and digging myself into a deeper depression hole. I was sick of these diets where I starved, sick of feeling guilt if I crashed and ate a sweet. I no longer wanted to be skinny I wanted to be mentally and physically healthy for my daughter. I reached out to Megan and asked for help. It was one of the two hardest things I had to do in this journey to a healthier me. Megan reached back to me and set up a zoom meeting to see if I was a proper fit for her program. She didn’t want me to waste my time and money if I wasn’t truly ready to start this journey. When we zoomed I broke down in tears and told her how much I needed help. How I wanted to be happy and healthy for myself and my daughter. My daughter witnessed it and cried too, I know two crazy emotional girls. But she looked at me and said mom I am proud of you for getting help and excited to see you happy and comfortable again. Thankfully Megan said I was a great fit for her program and took me as a client.
The next step was to just start! Megan asked me to do the next hardest thing of the whole process. Take true before pictures. No sucking in the gut, no hiding it behind baggy clothing, no shapewear, just real raw pictures! They were awful and emotional I cried again!
It’s funny because after taking these photos and seeing them I didn’t even care that I was getting ready for this lifestyle change right during the middle of the crazy holiday season filled with cookies, candy, and comfort foods. I was ready.
The two hardest steps are being done!
Admitting I needed help and documenting my starting photos. Boy do I hate admitting I need help and despise those photos but now four months in I love those photos and look at them all the time!
Just four months have been life-changing!!! 4 months in and I am I’m such a different headspace!
I no longer have to change 5 different times before leaving the house because I hate how I look. I have more energy with no crashes throughout the day. I am so much stronger!!!! I am happy and so very proud of how far I have come. I look back at my photos and I thank the universe that I admitted I needed help! I needed help and Megan got me going on a livable lifestyle that I won’t set myself up for failure. Her program works, simple as that and I am walking proof!
